In a glass of old-fashioned highball pour 50ml of Fino Sherry and 20ml Tequila Mezcal Clase Azul, stir well, and add ice. Top up with the amazing ROS SOLIS Pink Grapefruit Soda. For an extra touch, garnish with a slice of exotic dragon fruit. Tip: Pour in tilted glass to enjoy all the bubbles.
