STEPS
In a double old-fashioned wine glass add 50ml Bergamot Liqueur, continue filling with equal parts Prosecco and ROS SOLIS Cucumber ‘n Basil Tonic. Garnish with a slice of kumquat and orange flower water. Serve with a metal straw. Tip: Pour in tilted glass to enjoy all the bubbles.
